Top Contractor Score Award 2017/2018
Valley Fire has been awarded the top Contractor Score for 2017/2018. With 2500 being the highest score a company can achieve, this shows that Valley Fire has less probability of default or significant failures on current work.
About CONTRACTOR SCORE
The Contractor Score is an empirical tool derived from the contractor's documented and verified information. It is based on objective calculations without subjectivity or bias. The main goal of Contractor Score is to provide a concise gauge whereby customers may evaluate the short-term liquidity and management capacity of the contractor relative to it's own needs. It is not a bond nor guarantee of performance. The emphasis is on liquidity, working capital, leverage and profitability of the most recent fiscal year and fiscal quarter as it relates to the existing backlog. Available funds contributing to the liquidity may be internal or external.
Over the years, Valley Fire, the industry leader in commercial fire suppression systems and emergency plumbing services, has received prestigious awards from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The company has been recognized as Vendor of the Year for continuing to provide outstanding service in 2009 and earned the Leadership Award in early 2012.
IREM Leadership Award 2012
In Spring 2012, Valley Fire was recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management with its Leadership Award. The Leadership Award is presented annually to an individual or organization that has exhibited true leadership abilities while improving the status of the real estate industry.
IREM Vendor of the Year 2009
In late 2009, The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) selected Valley Fire Protection Systems as its “Vendor of the Year.” The award recognizes the company that provides the most outstanding service to the property management industry.
Valley was recognized for its strength in providing value in fire suppression and fire sprinkler systems as well as plumbing solutions that stand the test of time. The company was also cited for its continued efforts in updating clients on advances in fire sprinkler technology and regularly providing “hands on” training in systems, inspection and emergency protocols.
In an effort to reduce costly structural fires and fire-related damage, Valley Fire Protection Systems sends out quarterly newsletters and e-alerts that assist fire officials and the fire protection industry as a whole in managing fire and life safety related equipment. On average, the United States experiences over 115,000 non-residential structure fires that ultimately cost businesses over $2 billion per year.
IREM has been the source for education and resources for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. Membership includes more than 18,000 individual members and 515 corporate members who manage over $1.5 trillion in real estate assets.
